Job summary

MBR Management is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our O'Fallon team, delivering pizzas and other items with a focus on friendly service.

You will operate a delivery vehicle, navigate routes using GPS, and maintain professional interactions with customers while meeting delivery targets. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required to support our busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of driving history with a clean MVCR per company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and MVR check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Physical ability to load, unload and carry items.
• Reliable, punctual, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with the O'Fallon area or willingness to learn local routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools.
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service and represent the brand positively at every stop.
• Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle.
• Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with the O'Fallon area or willingness to learn local routes (preferred)
• Basic navigation skills and comfort using GPS technology (preferred)
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
