Job summary

Vector Group LLC is hiring delivery drivers to deliver Amazon packages in Ypsilanti, MI. The role features a 4 day work week with starting time around 10:00am and about 10 hour shifts.

You will drive Amazon-branded vans, with route safety and efficiency prioritized, and enjoy bi-weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include timely deliveries, loading cargo weighing up to 49 lbs, following routes, communicating with dispatch, and complying with traffic laws.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience preferred.
• Able to lift packages up to 49 pounds.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a driving record check and a 4-panel drug screen.

Delivery Driver Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and problem solves to maximize efficiency


• Ability to confidently drive a large electric cargo van in all types of Michigan weather


• Is passionate about customer satisfaction by meeting promised delivery times with a smile


• Ability to lift packages (at times up to 49 pounds) and be able to get in and out of the van quickly around 200 times throughout the day


• Must be 21 years old


• Must hold a valid driver's license


• Must be able to pass a driving record check


• Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug screening
