Arctic Engineering & Logistics is seeking Delivery Associates to operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and complete safe, accurate deliveries across the community. Weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are highlighted in the posting.

Starting pay is $23.25/hour with a 4-day workweek and 30–40+ hours per week. Shifts run daytime, typically 11:15AM–9:15PM, with equipment provided and paid training available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a delivery team.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle following traffic laws and policies.
• Complete pre- and post-route vehicle inspections.
• Load and organize packages inside the delivery vehicle.
• Deliver packages safely and accurately to residential and business locations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Use a company smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, and communication.
• Follow delivery instructions and complete required documentation.
• Communicate with dispatchers and teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Work safely in varying weather conditions.

Delivery Associate Responsibilities

As a Delivery Associate, you will:

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle while following all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after routes
• Load and organize packages inside the delivery vehicle
• Deliver packages safely, accurately, and efficiently to residential, commercial, and business locations
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, delivery information, and communication
• Follow delivery instructions and complete required delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and fellow team membersAssist other drivers when needed through rescue support
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Work safely in various weather conditions
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs and repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day
