Inland Xmile is hiring delivery drivers in the Colorado Springs area. The role offers $22.75 per hour with paid training, overtime, PTO, health insurance, a 401K match, and education tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities include safe driving, using a handheld routing device, navigating routes, loading/unloading packages, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Shifts are 10 hours daily, seven days a week, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older to be considered for employment
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Company Vehicle Provided; Non CDL
• Shifts are 10 hours per day, 7 days per week

Responsabilités

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information and customer delivery details.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED and deliver packages and smiles to customers.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk stairs during shift

Duties and Responsibilities for Delivery Drivers:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
