Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Driver to safely deliver and pick up heavy-duty truck parts and accessories. You will represent the dealership professionally while ensuring accurate deliveries and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include pulling orders in the warehouse, delivering to customers, completing necessary paperwork, stocking warehouse items, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOT medical certificate required.
• Must pass a driving test.
• Effective communication skills for customer relations.
• Basic math and reading abilities; follow directions.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery and pickup of heavy-duty truck parts and accessories to customers, vendors, and internal departments. This position serves as a key representative of the dealership, providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

• Pull parts orders in warehouse for deliver
• Deliver parts to customer and ensure accuracy by matching parts to invoice
• Complete documentation necessary for the delivery and payment of goods
• Stock items in warehouse, as needed
• Assist in other warehouse duties, as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• DOT physical and resulting Medical Examiner’s Certificate required
• Must pass a driving test
• Effective communication skills for relationship building with customers
• Basic math, reading, and ability to follow directions
• High School Education or GED preferred
