FACILITIES MAINTENANCE - DELIVERY HELPER

Essential Functions

• Loading and unloading of trucks.
• Delivering materials to job sites and vendors within the Hampton Roads area.
• Upkeep of the shop and loading/unloading area.
• Upkeep of the yards including mowing, weed eating and snow removal when necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Driver's License with excellent driving record.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to climb on ladders and work from heights safely.
• Ability to perform physical activities including standing, sitting, kneeling/squatting.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. as required.
• Efficient and organized.
• Consistent and reliable work attendance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must pass a Criminal background check and substance abuse screening.
