Job summary

Colders is seeking a Furniture Delivery Driver to safely transport furniture and home goods to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and damage-free handling. The role includes loading/unloading, possible assembly/placement, and maintaining a professional customer-facing presence.

The position offers a signing bonus, non-exempt hourly pay, and a strong suite of benefits, including ESOP, health/dental/vision, 401K with match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude.
• Must provide superior customer service to all customers.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Experience with large box trucks (26 ft or larger) preferred.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects (100–150 lbs).

About The Role

The Furniture Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting furniture and home goods to customers while providing exceptional service and care. This role involves loading and unloading merchandise, ensuring items are delivered without damage, and assisting with assembly or placement as needed. The driver represents the company on every delivery, maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday (7am start until the route is completed).

What you will be doing each day:

• Deliver merchandise in a timely and professional manner, without damage to merchandise or customer’s property
• Ability to provide customer with knowledgeable and polite customer service; including meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Consistently looking for ways meet and succeed customer satisfaction
• Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensure that passengers follow safety regulations
• Follow company safety procedures for vehicle operation.
