Job summary

Stevens Point Auto Center is seeking a parts associate to drive parts to customers, oversee the sales process, and communicate with customers and staff in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities include reading the parts catalog, pulling orders, and handling payments or credit authorizations. A High School Diploma and Ford Parts experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ford Parts experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.

• Drive parts to customers using company vehicle.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with customer on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Provide high level service to internal and external customers.
• Pull and fill orders from stock when needed.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Other duties as assigned during down time.

Hourly Wage: $14.50
