Stevens Point Auto Center in Stevens Point, WI is hiring for a parts driver who will deliver parts to customers, manage the end-to-end parts sales process, and communicate status to customers and staff. A high school diploma is required; Ford Parts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ford Parts experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Responsibilities

• Drive parts to customers using company vehicle.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with customer on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Provide high level service to internal and external customers.
• Pull and fill orders from stock, if needed.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Other duties as assigned during down time.
