Job Purpose

The work involves delivering, setting up, and taking down inflatable bounce houses, games, and water slides for private backyard parties and larger events. You will be outdoors and get some exercise. For this position, you must be able to drive a 20' box truck or a vehicle with an attached cargo trailer.

Duties

• Work hours vary weekly, including early morning and night shifts, working in teams.
• Must have a valid Washington driver's license and be 21 or older.
• Maintain a clean driving record and be capable of driving a box truck.
• Responsibilities include loading, delivering, unloading, setting up, sometimes staffing, returning to pick up, and unloading event equipment and inflatables.
• Perform warehouse work such as setting up inflatables, cleaning, maintenance, and preparing for upcoming events.
• Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds.
• Deliver to various locations like backyard parties, schools, churches, and businesses, and represent our company professionally.
• Gather feedback, resolve customer complaints, and ensure safety and proper operation instructions are provided.
• Handle payments, complete paperwork, and notify supervisors of repairs or maintenance needs.
• Inspect and operate the delivery vehicle, keeping it clean and safe, and perform vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Secure equipment properly during transport and follow safety procedures. Training will be provided.
• Maintain inventory control of all equipment used in inflatables and event setups.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

• Punctual, with reliable transportation and a cell phone.
• Delivery driver experience and a high school diploma.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow routes and schedules.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, with goal-setting mindset.
• Experience driving a 26' box truck or larger; towing experience is a plus.
• Adherence to local and state driving laws, with a good driving record.
