GrowSciences is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport cannabis products from our Arizona HQ to dispensaries across Phoenix and Tucson. The role is largely on the road, demanding on-time deliveries, strict compliance, and careful handling of products.

You'll interact with dispensary staff daily, maintain accurate paperwork, and use mobile apps to update orders and schedules. A valid driver’s license and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year industry experience in cannabis delivery or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, consumption methods, and pricing.
• Strong communication skills, able to report progress to supervisor and interact with dispensaries and customers.
• Ability to escalate issues to management when needed and coordinate with team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; comfortable being on the road up to 60% of the time.
• Team-oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work longer hours on early deliveries, including nights and weekends.
• Comfort with typing and using Google Docs/Forms/Sheets for data entry and comms.
• Ability to lift/carry 25+ lbs.
• Fluent in cannabis products, specifically Live Resin and Live Rosin.

Delivery Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering all product orders from Grow Sciences HQ to dispensaries across Arizona, primarily in Phoenix and Tucson, while also managing mobile app notifications and online menus for partners. This role is spent mostly on the road, requiring strict adherence to time and scheduling, alongside sharp attention to compliance, product handling, and preservation procedures.

Because of the regular interaction with dispensary staff—who will come to recognize your face and know you by name—you must be comfortable interacting with people. Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor and having the ability to rapidly solve problems at events and partner dispensaries are essential for success in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport cannabis products to dispensaries.
• Have thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of cannabis and ensure full compliance.
• Execute all deliveries on time and communicate any delays to the dispensary.
• Follow all rules of the road.
• Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained.
• Complete all necessary paperwork (manifest, trip plan sheet, invoices etc.).
• Communicate with dispensaries as needed about scheduling deliveries.
• Verify product with Sales to ensure orders going out match what’s on the invoices/manifests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year industry experience.
• Robust knowledge of all cannabis products, how they’re made, how they’re consumed, and how they’re priced.
• Strong communicator. Able to report to your supervisor about everything that’s happening; follow through on tasks and report progress. Equally comfortable speaking on behalf of the company to dispensaries and consumers.
• Identify issues/items that deserve to be escalated to management and peers in case more response is needed and/or awareness for everyone.
• Active drivers license and clean driving record. Comfortable being on the road up to 60% of the time meeting, working, delivering orders and distributing marketing collateral.
• Delightful personality and team oriented.
• Flexible schedule and comfortable working longer hours on certain days due to some deliveries beginning early to accommodate the schedule. Events often fall on nights and weekends, and will be scheduled in advance.
• Comfortable typing, using google docs/forms/sheets to collect and enter information, and active on email/Slack/text to maintain comms with the entire team.
• Ability to lift/carry 25+ lbs.
• Fluent in cannabis products, specifically Live Resin and Live Rosin
