Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe driving and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate the company vehicle to deliver goods to customers in a timely manner.
  • Load and unload merchandise with care to prevent damage.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
  • Verify delivery contents match order specifications before departure.
  • Obtain signatures and process delivery documentation accurately.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license. (Class appropriate for vehicle type)
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3-5 years.
  • No DUI/DWI convictions.
  • No at-fault accidents in recent history.
  • Minimum age of 21. (or as required by insurance)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional driving experience.
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning software.
  • Experience with delivery management systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
