Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking an experienced Driver to join the Lake Suzy, FL team. This role supports the Clearwater route and surrounding areas, requiring reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and customer service focus.

Excellent starting wage plus a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including 401k with match and profit sharing. Responsibilities include learning multiple routes, loading/unloading, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior delivery experience.
• Medical examiner's certificate and ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record per policy.
• Must be able to obtain Basic Hazmat, Driver Specific Hazmat, and Security Awareness OSHA certifications.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck on multi-stop routes with varying start times; flexible to cover changes.
• Load, secure and unload products safely; maintain route schedules.
• Perform vehicle inspections pre- and post-delivery; comply with federal and state regulations.
• Provide accurate documentation for deliveries; communicate with customers professionally.
• Maintain reliability and attendance to ensure timely service.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Driver to join our Lake suzy FL team! This position will support the Clearwater route and the surrounding areas.

Essential Functions:

• Must be comfortable driving a truck and be to navigate successfully in minimal access areas.
• Responsible for learning multiple delivery routes with varying start times, so flexibility is required to cover unexpected changes
• Ability to load, secure and unload product safety, and maintain a route schedule.

Receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery of goods to ensure timely service

Professional appearance, with excellent communication and customer service skills

Accurate inspection handling of CODs, delivery manifests

Vehicle inspection, both pre-and post-delivery, compliance with all federal and state regulations

Excellent attendance and reliability are critical

With minimal supervision, demonstrated ability to have and ma

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp and move a variety of materials. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $24.00. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
