Job summary

Liberty Propane, Inc. is hiring a CDL driver to load, transport, and deliver propane products safely, working closely with service technicians, dispatch, and local leadership to maintain on-time service.

Candidates must have a valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, a good driving record, be able to lift 75 lbs, and be willing to work on-call or after hours. The company offers insurance, a 401(k) with match, paid holidays and PTO, and disability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements.
• Complete accurate service orders, documentation, and parts billing each day.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location.
• Work collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs require.

Must Have

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• Driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours when required
• Commitment to following safety procedures without exception

Nice to Have

• Comfort using basic computer systems for logging, inspections, and documentation
• Experience working directly with residential or commercial customers
• Familiarity with DOT inspections and compliance standards

Pay: $30-33 per hour (Depending on Experience)
