Job summary

Barrett Propane in Prescott, AZ is seeking experienced CDL drivers to load, secure, transport, and deliver propane safely while coordinating with service technicians, dispatch, and local leadership to maintain strong customer relationships.

You will follow all federal, state, and company safety requirements, complete accurate service orders and billing, and participate in on-call rotations to meet business needs. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements is required.
• Clean driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours when required.
• Commitment to following safety procedures without exception.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements
• Complete accurate service orders, documentation, and parts billing each day.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location

Must Have

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• Driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions

• Commitment to following safety procedures without exception

Nice to Have

• Comfort using basic computer systems for logging, inspections, and documentation
• Experience working directly with residential or commercial customers
• Familiarity with DOT inspections and compliance standards

Pay: $26-28 per hour (Depending on Experience)
