Job summary

Jimmy John's New Berlin location is hiring delivery drivers to handle local routes with no CDL required. Earn $11.50–$13.50 per hour plus tips and mileage reimbursement. A $600 sign-on bonus is paid over six months.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities to work in-shop between deliveries are offered. Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits apply for full-time (30+ hours) staff. Drivers must have a valid license, reliable insured vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Own a reliable, insured vehicle
• No DUIs and <=2 moving violations in 3 years
• Ability to communicate clearly in English

Responsibilities

• Deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches within a defined local area
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately
• Double-check orders before departure
• Reconcile cash, tips, and mileage with the manager at shift end
• Work in-shop between deliveries and perform in-shop tasks
