In this role, you’ll transport products and materials between our facility and customer locations, assist with pickups as needed, and help support daily warehouse and distribution operations. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the initiative to take ownership of their responsibilities. We can teach you our products and processes; what matters most is your willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, embrace technology, and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Part Time role with ideal schedule of T/TH 8a-5p.

Requirements
What You Will Do
  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport products, materials, and customer orders to designated locations.
  • Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups while prioritizing customer deadlines, route efficiency, and safe driving practices.
  • Load, unload, secure, and organize materials to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Verify delivery paperwork, customer orders, packing slips, and related documentation for accuracy.
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate delivery confirmations, signatures, and records using company procedures and technology.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors regarding delivery schedules, delays, special instructions, and potential issues.
  • Provide friendly, dependable customer service while representing the company professionally at customer locations.
  • Follow all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, traffic laws, company driving policies, and vehicle safety requirements.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs, vehicle damage, safety concerns, or mechanical issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle.
  • Use available technology and electronic systems to support delivery tracking, documentation, communication, and daily work assignments.
  • Assist with warehouse activities, material handling, and other operational tasks as business needs require.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
What You Will Accomplish

You will help ensure customers receive the right products at the right time while supporting efficient daily operations. Through safe driving, accurate documentation, dependable communication, and attention to detail, you will contribute to customer satisfaction, reliable delivery schedules, and a positive company reputation.

You Will Achieve This By
  • Taking ownership of assigned deliveries, pickups, and daily responsibilities.
  • Prioritizing safety without sacrificing service quality or delivery efficiency.
  • Planning ahead, managing time effectively, and adapting to changing schedules or customer needs.
  • Communicating proactively when delivery challenges, delays, or discrepancies arise.
  • Learning company products, delivery procedures, routes, and technology systems.
  • Demonstrating initiative by identifying potential issues and taking appropriate action.
  • Following established procedures while looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
  • Working collaboratively with warehouse personnel, customer service, and other team members to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the employee is employed, as required for the assigned vehicle and applicable state regulations.
  • Ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements, including a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) required only if applicable to the assigned vehicle or operation under relevant regulations.
  • Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow established driving procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and safely load and unload products.
  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and follow delivery instructions, shipping documents, and written procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn electronic delivery, tracking, and documentation systems.
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to completing assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative when addressing problems.
