Ideal Candidate

The ideal non-CDL Driver will be at least 23 years old with experience driving non-CDL commercial vehicles of at least 24' and 26' in length. They should be committed to providing exceptional, timely service through local deliveries to construction sites, home offices, and shops.

Job Duties

• Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and loaded products
• Deliver to customer sites and home offices using company vehicle
• Load inventory onto truck and unload at delivery site, maintaining accuracy
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure manifests are complete and accurate
• Provide courteous and timely customer service
• Check in with customers via company technology at each account to announce arrival and serve as liaison
• Maintain records according to company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customer service, and logistics teams

Requirements

• Experience driving 24' and 26' commercial vehicles (2-5 years preferred)
• Must be 23 years or older
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Must have a current Medical Card
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of local delivery area
• Ability to sit for long periods and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, and twist for lifting

Salary

$22-$24 per hour
