Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Local Delivery Driver to load and deliver orders to local customers while maintaining high customer service levels. The role also supports in-store order fulfillment during downtime, helping with daily customer orders and store operations.

You will navigate delivery routes, interact professionally with customers, and use company software to manage routes. This position emphasizes reliable delivery performance and teamwork within the store's operations.

• Professionally and politely interact with customers and deliver product to customer locations according to company policy
• Effectively refer customers to a member of the Sales team to answer relevant questions
• Maintain general cleanliness of delivery van
• Complete daily inspection of delivery van according to company policies
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Assist with store operational tasks as needed

Job Summary

The Local Delivery Driver for The Restaurant Store is responsible for handling the loading and delivery of orders for local customers. The Local Delivery Driver is expected to perpetuate high levels of customer service while navigating delivery routes and completing threshold-level delivery services. In the event of any downtime or lapse of orders, the Local Delivery Driver is expected to serve as an Order Fulfillment Associate within the store itself, assisting with daily customer order fulfillment responsibilities.
