Job Description

1. Support warehouse operations by transporting materials over designated routes; ensuring safe operation of vehicles.
2. Provide excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries of customer orders.
3. Ensure that material loaded on the truck matches the Ship Ticket and Delivery Manifest, and is secured for safe transport.
4. Unload materials at delivery locations, verifying correctness based on the Ship Ticket.
5. Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure maintenance and safety.
6. Handle all warehouse functions including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for delivery, maintaining orderliness.
7. This is a safety-sensitive position; candidates must work safely and undergo pre-employment drug testing as per regulations.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with 3 years driving history.
3. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record; no more than 1 type B violation in the past 3 years.
4. At least 1 year of driving experience with a commercial vehicle of 10,001 lbs. GVWR or more preferred.
5. Ability to read, write, perform calculations, and analyze details independently.

Physical Requirements

1. Frequent driving in all weather conditions.
2. Ability to walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, reach, and handle objects, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
3. Must meet DOT medical standards for driving.
