Job summary

Jimmy John’s is hiring Delivery Drivers in the United States with earnings around $25+ per hour when combining tips, DMR, and hourly wages. Shifts can be as short as 11am-2pm or extend through lunch and dinner, offering flexible scheduling. Tips and DMR are paid daily.

In-store duties are required when not delivering, including sandwich prep and customer service. Drivers help get sandwiches to customers quickly, learn efficient routes, and follow safety rules.

• WILL WORK AS AN INSHOPPER WHEN THERE ARE NO DELIVERIES.

Job description

Our Delivery Drivers regularly take home $25+ an hour with a combination of tips, a driver maintenance reimbursement (DMR), and their hourly wage.

Work as short as 11am-2pm or work through Lunch and Dinner. Our flexible shift hours mean there is something for everyone’s schedule.

Tips and DMR are paid out daily.

A Jimmy John's Delivery Driver's goal is to get that sandwich in the customer's hand as quickly as possible. We do this by learning the most efficient routes, double-checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law abiding on the street). While not on the road, Delivery Drivers work in the store (preparing sandwiches, taking orders, helping clean) and are compensated accordingly. Delivery is a customer service job, so following a customer’s request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.
