About the Role

Goetze Dental, a family-owned dental distributor serving private practices since 1884, is hiring a reliable, customer-friendly Delivery Driver to handle the pickup, loaner setup, and return of customer sterilizers across our service area.

You’ll be the in-person face of Goetze Dental in our customers' offices — picking up equipment that needs repair, installing a loaner so the office never loses service, and returning their repaired unit once it’s ready. When the road is quiet, you’ll help in the warehouse.

We provide everything you need to succeed: paid training, uniforms, a company vehicle, fuel, and insurance.

• $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time position with full benefits for full-time employees, including health coverage
• Company vehicle, fuel, and insurance provided — no wear and tear on your own car, no out-of-pocket gas
• Paid training, including forklift training for the right candidate
• Opportunity for a pay review after the initial 90-day period

What You’ll Do

• Pick up customer sterilizers from dental offices for repair
• Install a loaner unit and confirm it works before leaving the office
• Return and reinstall repaired units, verifying they function correctly on-site
• Collect loaner units and transport equipment safely to and from the shop
• Communicate professionally with dental office staff
• Assist with warehouse tasks during downtime, including forklift operations and packaging customer orders

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment — sterilizers can weigh up to 110 lbs for large-capacity units (lifting aids and proper technique training provided)
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and driving throughout the day
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Willingness to wear a uniform or business‑casual attire
• Ability to pass a background check
