Responsibilities

As we navigate through the Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our team remains our priority by adhering to CDC guidelines. The Delivery Driver's duties include:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items promptly and courteously.
• Reviewing orders for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Following routes and schedules, using navigation tools.
• Assisting with loading/unloading and maintaining safety.
• Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries professionally.
• Maintaining a safe driving record and abiding by transportation laws.
• Processing payments and preparing related reports.
• Performing vehicle maintenance checks and assisting with store/warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance with your name.
• Must be 21 years or older to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit for extended periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Managing transactions, reconciling customer accounts.
• Using tablets or mobile devices for navigation and customer interaction.
• Exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to follow directions, work in a team, and work overtime if needed.
• Previous delivery experience is a plus.

You must meet all minimum requirements and qualifications to be eligible to drive for Parts Authority.
