Job Title: Delivery Driver

Employer: Nackard Pepsi, Flagstaff AZ

Department: Operations

Reports To: Robert Cottrell, Flagstaff Operations Manager

Effective Date: Upon Hire

Position: Full-time, Hourly, Starting Pay: $26.50/hr, Driver Incentive Available

Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of product orders to various accounts in assigned territories. It also involves unloading products, merchandising, and acting as a brand ambassador for Nackard Pepsi.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a clean driving record.
• Valid Arizona Class-A CDL.
• Ability to physically handle cases weighing up to 35 lbs.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 6am until work is completed (some routes require Saturdays).
• Flexible to accommodate 10-12 hour workdays seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery and pickup routes efficiently.
• Load delivery vehicle with scheduled palettes.
• Deliver products, obtain signatures, and manage returns.
• Maintain records of mileage and deliveries.
• Report vehicle issues to supervisor.
• Assist in warehouse duties post-delivery.
• Verify equipment, inventory, and paperwork.
• Perform safety checks and DOT procedures.
• Use equipment like dollies and pallet jacks.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1 month related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, CDL, and Medical Card.
• Computer skills: Outlook, Delivery Software (VIP).
• Safe driving, route execution, record keeping, professionalism.
