This position involves working closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Additionally, the role includes delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores safely and promptly using company vans or trucks.

Job duties include customer contact, which may involve minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuables. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company conducts criminal history reviews to ensure safety and protect its operations, reputation, staff, customers, vendors, contractors, and the public.

The selected individual will work at Store #8637, located at 13525 N Fountain Hills Blvd., Fountain Hills, AZ 85268.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship now or in the future
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint and related products
• Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products and services
• Accurately process sales transactions following policies and procedures
• Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed
• Tint and mix products according to customer specifications
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and on time
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repair needs
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety procedures, and regulations while driving
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents
