Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Car Delivery Driver for our Short North store at 749 N. High Street, Columbus OH 43215. You will deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to fans, while providing friendly, professional service and timely status updates.

Ideal candidates have excellent time management, know the local 2-mile radius, and own a car, valid license, registration and insurance. A smartphone with data is required and you must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have own car, license, valid registration and insurance.
• Pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Car Delivery Driver at our Short North store located at 749 N. High Street, Columbus OH 43215, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.
