Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking Delivery Drivers for our Blue Ash, OH bakery. You will deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to fans in a timely, friendly manner, using our delivery app and meeting company standards.

Must have a valid license, insurance, reliable vehicle, and a smartphone with data. This role offers flexible part-time schedules with pay-on-demand, paid vacation/sick time, and opportunities for growth within the rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Smartphone with data plan required.
• Pass motor vehicles background check.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service in person or by phone.
• Use delivery app to meet company standards and provide status updates to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and we are actively interviewing Delivery Drivers for our brand new Blue Ash, OH bakery located at 10251 Summit Parkway, Suite C5, Blue Ash, OH 45242. As a Delivery Driver, you are the “Boots on the ground!”, the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery. You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to meet approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own car, driver’s license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
