Job summary

Ockers Technologies is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our Brockton, MA headquarters team. This role supports both delivery operations and warehouse functions, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will operate a 26’ box truck, use lift gates and pallet jacks, and assist with fleet coordination. Expect occasional multi-day trips; company covers hotels, fuel, per diem, and related expenses. Strong work ethic and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid DOT license required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Delivery operations: follow daily schedules, deliver to customer sites in New England, provide proof of delivery, operate a 26’ box truck, use lift gates and pallets.
• Warehouse support: assist with order allocation, move and organize inventory with pallet jacks and forklifts, perform heavy lifting, handle disposal and recycling of equipment.
• Fleet support: assist with vehicle needs, drive trucks for maintenance appointments, transport vehicles to repair facilities.

Job Title: Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

Ockers Technologies is seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This position operates daily out of our Brockton headquarters and supports both delivery operations and warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Follow daily delivery schedules provided by the dispatcher.
• Deliver packages and equipment to customer sites throughout New England.
• Provide documentation to dispatcher for proof of delivery.
• Operate a 26’ box truck safely and efficiently.
• Use lift gates, pallet jacks, and forklifts to load and unload materials.
• Travel outside of New England for multi-day special deliveries and projects as needed (company covers logistics, hotels, fuel, per diem, and related expenses).

Warehouse Support

• Report to the Warehouse Manager when not scheduled for deliveries.
• Assist with order allocation and staging.
• Move and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.
• Handle disposal and recycling of technology equipment.

Fleet Support

• Assist the Fleet Coordinator with vehicle-related needs.
• Drive box trucks for maintenance appointments.
• Transport and shuffle vehicles to and from repair facilities.

Requirements

• Valid DOT license.
• Experience operating a 26’ box truck.
• Proficiency with lift gates, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor.
• Willingness to travel for multi-day assignments when required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility.
