This entry-level role focuses on safely and efficiently moving products while learning company delivery standards, warehouse coordination processes, and customer service expectations.Tier 1 Drivers are not independently responsible for moving pianos. This role serves as the foundation for advancement into higher-level delivery positions.Tier 2 DriverTier 2 Drivers are developing delivery professionals who are training to perform piano moves and support more advanced delivery operations. Team members in this role assist with piano deliveries, store distribution routes, and specialized product transportation while building the technical skills, consistency, and confidence required for advancement to Tier 3.Lead Driver (Tier 3)The Lead Driver is the highest field-level position within Schmitt Music's Delivery Team.
