Job summary

Alta Point Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring dependable Delivery Drivers to serve Belton, TX. No previous experience required; we provide training, equipment, and support to help you succeed.

You will start and end shifts at the Amazon Delivery Station DRK3 and deliver packages safely and on time. We offer a competitive starting wage of $22.25 per hour, biweekly pay, full-time opportunities, paid training, and company-provided vehicle, fuel, uniform, and delivery tech.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Have a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings.
• Be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Have effective English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• A commercial driver’s license is not required; previous delivery or logistics experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and complete required vehicle safety inspections.
• Follow GPS-guided routes, traffic laws, road regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Load, transport, and deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time.
• Work efficiently in a physically demanding environment across varying routes and weather conditions.
• Frequently lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, timekeeping, communication, and other delivery-related tasks.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers, including during challenging situations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to address issues and complete deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized delivery vehicle.
• Promptly report safety concerns, delivery issues, vehicle problems, or other incidents to management.
• Support daily team operations, including assisting other drivers with deliveries when needed.

Delivery Drivers begin and end each shift at Amazon Delivery Station DRK3 in Belton, Texas.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

This is an active, physically demanding position. Delivery Drivers must be able to:

• Work shifts that are typically 8–10 hours long
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Central Texas heat, rain, and cold
• Repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the shift
• Walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, squat, and stand for extended periods
• Frequently lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Safely navigate driveways, stairs, apartment complexes, and other delivery locations
• Maintain a safe and efficient pace throughout the workday
• Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
