Delivery Driver – Full Time

Logistically Straight LLC (LSTR) is hiring dependable full- and part-time Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering Amazon packages from the DAU5 warehouse in Buda, TX.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Pay Increase: Eligible to earn up to $22.75 per hour after performance/metric evaluation and JJ Keller DOT certification
• Bonuses: Weekly performance incentives and overtime opportunities
• Schedule: Shifts run 8–10 hours, beginning at 11:00 AM (no early-morning shifts); Weekends required (at least one weekend day each week); Set weekly schedules—no Monday–Friday only positions

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver 150–300 packages per shift to residences, apartments, and businesses
• Complete assigned routes within scheduled shift
• Provide driver “rescue” support when needed
• Follow all company policies and safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
