Job summary

Medline operates MedTrans, its private fleet, delivering lifesaving medical products directly to customers. Delivery Drivers operate parcel vans or trucks on local routes, ensuring timely, safe deliveries and customer service with in-person support.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) for Class B if required by state.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of CMVs.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.
• Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck on delivery routes.
• Unload and deliver products at customer facilities in a timely manner.
• Provide in-person assistance to customers and provide required documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatching team to adjust routes or schedules as needed to meet customer needs.
• Maintain travel and cargo logs per Federal and State regulations and company policy.

Our fleet consists of 2,100+ trucks that feature newer equipment. We manage a network of over 50 distribution centers nationally and provide 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States. The Delivery Driver is responsible for operating a parcel van and/or straight truck to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers. The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.* Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
