Medline's MedTrans private fleet in Anchorage, AK is hiring a Delivery Driver to operate a parcel van/straight truck, loading at the Medline facility and delivering to local customers. You will follow safety procedures, provide in-person assistance, and coordinate with dispatch to keep routes on schedule.

This role offers daily home time on local routes, newer equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.
• Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
• Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in-person support to the customer and documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch to adjust route/schedule to meet needs and safety.
• Maintain travel and cargo logs per Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections and ensure fuel levels for continued use.

Our fleet consists of 2,100+ trucks that feature newer equipment. We manage a network of over 50 distribution centers nationally and provide 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States. The Delivery Driver is responsible for operating a parcel van and/or straight truck to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers. The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.* Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
