Job summary

Medline's MedTrans division seeks a Class A Driver to operate a tractor-trailer, load and secure product, and deliver to commercial and residential customers on local routes. You will work with a dedicated dispatch team to maintain timely, accurate deliveries and uphold safety standards.

This role offers daily home time on local routes, newer equipment, comprehensive medical/dental/vision and Rx plans, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years tractor trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL; Licensed to operate assigned vehicle.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of CMVs.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the facility and customer destinations.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities on time.
• Provide in-person support to customers and document delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch to adjust routes or schedules as needed.
• Maintain travel and cargo logs per regulations.
• Inspect vehicle to ensure safe operation and adequate fuel.

Our fleet consists of 1,900+ trucks that feature newer equipment. We manage a network of over 50 distribution centers nationally and provide 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States. The Driver is responsible for operating a Class A vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers. The Driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.* Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
