Position Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and accurately delivering products to customers while providing exceptional customer service. This role serves as a key quality checkpoint, ensuring orders arrive complete, on time, and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

Load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations.

Operate box trucks and company vehicles safely.

Deliver products directly to designated customer storage areas.

Pick up equipment and products as needed.

Customer Service

Build positive relationships with customers.

Represent KAMO's commitment to service excellence.

Quality & Documentation

Obtain required customer signatures and delivery documentation.

Handle products carefully to prevent damage.

Vehicle & Safety

Perform daily vehicle inspections.

Report maintenance concerns promptly.

Follow DOT requirements and company safety policies.

Qualifications

Required

Valid driver's license.

Experience operating delivery vehicles or box trucks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to lift and move products safely.

Reliable attendance and strong customer service skills.

Preferred

Current DOT medical card.

Forklift and pallet jack experience.

Experience with inventory systems and mobile technology.
