Aerotek is hiring a Shop Laborer & Delivery Driver with WEEKLY pay!

$18-$20/hr Depending on Experience | DAY Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop / Delivery Driver to support our service team by pulling materials for jobs, making deliveries to technicians, and assisting with light shop duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving, warehouse work, and hands-on tasks. No advanced construction experience is required, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and organize materials in a designated warehouse area for upcoming service jobs.
• Deliver parts, tools, and materials to field technicians throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area, including routes from Butler to Washington, PA.
• Complete approximately 4 to 7 deliveries per day , depending on travel distance and job needs.
• Assist with basic shop projects, including assembling and fabricating simple brackets using power and impact drills.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Accurately track and transport materials to ensure technicians have what they need to complete their assignments.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and field technicians.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a company van.
• Comfortable working independently after training.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to use hand and power tools.

Training & Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aliquippa, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
