BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Director to join the Management team and oversee distributed projects with multinational teams. The role emphasizes proactive leadership, meticulous organization, and strong attention to detail across time zones.

You will manage a portfolio of software outsourcing programs, align HR policies, forecast demand, and drive customer satisfaction through top-tier delivery management. This remote position offers extensive growth and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support your structure and elevate relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
• Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Software Development Management experience
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level.
