K&B Ace Hardware is seeking a Delivery Associate (full-time or part-time) to safely deliver merchandise to customers' homes or businesses. You will provide professional customer service, help with loading/unloading, and keep the delivery vehicle well-maintained, while also supporting store operations when not delivering.

The role emphasizes safety, independent work, and strong communication. Training is provided, with opportunities for schedule flexibility and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Safe driving record and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift 40-pound bags regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver merchandise to customers' homes and businesses.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service with every delivery.
• Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and perform basic upkeep.
• Answer customer questions and communicate feedback to the store team.
• Assist with store operations, stocking, and customer service when not delivering.
