Job description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist guests. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

What to expect

You will work directly with guests welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip. Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.

Job Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• The position will require prolonged periods of work on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must be able to lift 50lbs or more consistently.
• Assist with unloading of trucks and stocking merchandise: Keep clean, organized, and fully stocked. This includes end caps and side wing panels.
• Execute the daily operational, day-to‑day goals and priorities assigned by store management displaying a "Speed is Life" attitude. Move with a sense of urgency while paying attention to details.
• Maintain accuracy with operational standards including but not limited to inventory, store property, and in dealings with figures and monies.
• The position will require forklift operation.
• The position will require the ability to safely and properly dispense propane.
• The position will require the ability to assist in the use of a motor vehicle for delivery purposes.

Uniforms are required for this position and consist of:

• Black Polo Shirt
• Pants/Shorts (Blue, Black or Khakis, shorts must be a solid color, no basketball shorts)
• Shoes (Closed toed, no sandal or flip flops)
