Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile to engage customers at the sales counter.
• Greet and direct customers with a friendly attitude.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing and after-sales services.
• Answer customers’ questions about products/services.
• Deliver items to various addresses and follow assigned routes.
• Load, unload, and inspect items for delivery; operate delivery vehicle safely.
• Keep shelves stocked and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth peak-time operations.
