Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a Customer Service Associate/Delivery Driver to provide excellent service in-store and to deliver items to customers on a daily route. The role emphasizes engaging customers, offering accurate product information, and maintaining store presentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Prior Outdoor Supply Industry experience.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks (lift 50–70 lbs).
• Comfortable operating and delivering on a daily route in a commercial vehicle (Isuzu NRR 650 or similar).
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different customer types.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license; good driving record.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and greet/direct with a helpful attitude.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing and after-sales services.
• Answer questions about products/services and perform price/feature comparisons.
• Cross-sell products and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized.
• Manage returns and coordinate with team to deliver excellent service.
• Follow routes and time schedules; load/unload and inspect delivery vehicle.
• Gather customer feedback and report to Store Manager.
• Keep customers informed about discounts and offers.
