Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a Customer Service Associate/Delivery Driver to deliver excellent customer service and distribute products promptly to customers. You will represent our store professionally, assist customers, and help resolve issues while supporting store profitability.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for in-store and delivery interactions.
• Ability to work with customers to identify needs and present solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50–70 pounds and handle physical aspects of delivery.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic calculations and math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Greet and direct customers in-store.
• Provide accurate information on product features and pricing.
• Answer questions about products/services and recommend solutions.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Cross-sell products and manage merchandise returns.
• Coordinate with team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Deliver items to various addresses and follow routes and schedules.
• Load/unload and inspect delivery vehicle; ensure safety and DOT compliance.
