Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring immediately for an entry-level driver/customer service role in Helena, MT. You will drive a company truck, deliver and pick up furniture, assist in-store as needed, and help with payments collection when required.

No experience needed — we train you. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts. Sundays off and a clear path to management are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training.
