Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring in Georgia for an entry-level role with no experience required. Training is provided and there is a clear path into management.

You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, set up items in customers' homes, and help with store tasks between deliveries. Sundays off and medical/dental/vision insurance are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up furniture and appliances using company truck.
• Load and unload items; follow safety procedures.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Communicate clearly and treat customers with respect.
• Support store initiatives by creating social media and marketing content as needed.
• Collect payments when required.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we'll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized

Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training
