Job summary

Firelight Creative Development is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to keep website and digital projects organized, on track, and moving forward. You’ll work with the Head of Delivery to coordinate tasks, follow up with team members and clients, and improve delivery processes.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communicators who can manage multiple priorities in a remote environment while using tools like Asana, Jira, and WordPress updates when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Independent work in a remote environment.
• Experience with PM tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or software projects is a plus.
