The Bachrach Group is seeking a Delivery Coordinator / Customer Care Representative in Woodbury, NY. The role focuses on guiding customers from order to delivery with a high-touch service approach.

Training occurs in-office for 4–6 months, then a hybrid work model. Expect a base of $45K plus commissions with potential to exceed $70K based on performance and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Resolve customer concerns, cancellations, and late-delivery issues.
• Coordinate delivery appointments and post-delivery follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and meet monthly and quarterly delivery goals.
