What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide multi-faceted services for customers, including new implementations and solution optimization
2. Engage in customer kick-off meetings to review project expectations and timelines
3. Build relationships with customers and internal team members to facilitate collaboration
4. Monitor and deliver on project plans and implementation timelines
5. Conduct workshops and provide on-site support during go-live events

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2. Up to 75% travel required for customer site visits
3. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
4. Strong communication skills to manage customer support requests
5. Experience in gathering and creating accurate software configuration requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 2+ years of consulting experience in the manufacturing sector
2. 2+ years of SQL experience
3. Prior software implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
4. Familiarity with Plex software
5. Project management and consulting skills
