Job summary

CORE Transformers seeks a Project Coordinator to own the final stretch of transformer delivery in Seneca, SC. You will serve as the customer’s day-to-day contact after delivery, coordinating White Glove inspections, punch-list closures, and alignment among customers, PMs, and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in project coordination within manufacturing or related fields, knowledge of transformers, and an associate degree or equivalent. Travel is <10% with a strong emphasis on organized, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or related roles in manufacturing, electrical, construction, or utility environments.
• Working knowledge of transformers or other electrical distribution equipment.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to job sites as required (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-delivery activities with customers, carriers, and Project Managers.
• Schedule White Glove site inspections and ensure access and resources.
• Track punch lists and close out actions with assigned owners.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and support coordination with engineering, quality, and service teams.
• Assist in energization support and warranty processes as required.
• Provide proactive status updates from delivery through customer acceptance.
