Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Delivery Assurance.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• View critical part allocation requests from operators and MRO facilities.
• Update and create material delivery commits for part allocation between operator and MRO shops.
• Participate in SAP Testing environment.
• Provide feedback on SAP UI updates prior to production rollout.
• Review material shortage status and coordinate mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with CAMs to understand operator requirements.
• Reach out to buyers to obtain commit dates for critical parts.
• Update internal spare parts team on the commit stream for parts related to the assigned buyer codes.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers meeting price, quality, timing, and reliability standards.
• Evaluate sales/promotional campaigns for potential reduced prices.
• Assess supplier products for specifications and quality compliance.
• Analyze bids/tenders/quotations and negotiate terms within authority.

• Recognize and evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure reduced prices.
• Assess supplier's products to ensure they that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards.
• Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, tenders, proposals, or quotations; negotiate prices and delivery conditions; and commit to purchases (within established limits of authority) with terms that are in the organization's best interest.
• Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions, orders, and other documents to co-ordinate purchasing activities with the organization's current and anticipated demand for goods and materials.
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery; and communicate status of orders with internal customers.
• Typically requires two to four years of experience.

• Proficient in SAP
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).
• Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus.
