Ontic in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Delivery Assurance Specialist to help resolve part shortages and keep production on schedule. You will coordinate with Buyers, Production Planners, and master schedulers to track and escalate issues.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or delivery assurance in aerospace or complex manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP experience, and excellent communication and problem solving. On-site with competitive benefits.

The Delivery Assurance Specialist supports the resolution of material shortages that impact business needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position works closely with internal stakeholders including Program Management, Operations, and Procurement to coordinate and monitor the flow of materials, ensuring alignment and supporting on-time delivery to production.
